I am a firm believer in floor picnics. For me, this is making a paper crown, getting the brightest, most colorful blanket you can find, and sitting on the floor with your food. Have some sort of yellow or orangey lighting, keep your window open (even if it is raining, that makes it better) and just sit there for a while. It helps me clear my head. You don't even need food for a floor picnic. I am having one right now, and it is fabulous!
I doodle on the back of my hands, I wear star shaped hairclips, I have a necklace shaped like the moon, which I adore, and I dog ear my favourite parts in books so it is easier for me to find them again
